Product Warranty

Turf Direct, Inc. warrants the surface for a period of eight (8) years from the date of substantial completion against defects in materials, including ultraviolet degradation, excessive fading, seam rupture or dislodgment.
Turf Direct, Inc. will repair or replace, as it deems necessary, materials exhibiting defects at no cost to the owner.
Turf Direct, Inc. warrants the installation for a period of one (1) year from the date of substantial completion against defects in workmanship at no cost to the owner. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to Turf Direct, Inc., which will endeavor to respond and make any repairs or replacements promptly.
Turf Direct, Inc. does not warrant against normal wear and tear, as determined by an independent laboratory specializing in artificial turf.
Turf Direct, Inc. also does not warrant against damage caused by improper use, neglect, vandalism, floods, change in water table, or other acts of God. This warranty specifically does not obligate Turf Direct, Inc. in any way regarding material applied or labor performed which was not under its contractor which was supplied or performed by others not in the contract. This warranty will be voided if any turf manufacturer other than Turf Direct, Inc. performs any service on this lawn.
